You could do this on b.php:

<?php
foreach ($_POST as $k => $v) {
$_SESSION[$k] = $v;
}
?>

on a.php

<input type="text" name="test" id="test" value="$_SESSION['test']" />

Just make sure to clear your session variables accordingly.
