Well, to answer myself (using google (Doh!)):

If you are using phpMyAdmin
1. click Sql
2. click browse
3. browse for the .sql file on your comupter and ok
4. click go

That's OK but it'd be nice not to have to rebuild all the tables and
only add new data too... but my needs are covered for the moment.
