Hey All,

I have a client looking for an online auction site for real estate.

I'm wondering if any of you have suggestions regarding pre-packaged
PHP based auction sites. My sales guy is asking for a price on a
custom build app vs a customized pre-packaged app and im seeing a lot
of options for the later so i figured id turn to you good folks to
find out if one is better than another.
