Yeah, you're talking about php-gtk: http://gtk.php.net/ but this
newsgroup is mainly concetrated on php for web use, not gtk. These are
very different things, after all.

Check out the list of resources at http://gtk.php.net/resources.php and
find one that works for you (join the irc-channel, subscribe to the
mailinglist, check out the websites listed there...). Sadly there seem
to be no newsgroups at all which would cover php-gtk specificly.
