I need to create a web-app.
It should be a "survey/story container", a sort of guided tour across a
list of question (different kind of question must be supported:
multichoice, one-choice, free answer, result...).

It will be user in Health world to train medical people (nurses,
doctor..) using real case-studies, step-by-step, in order to underline
choices cruciality and importance.

My basic idea is to have an xml file containing survey's structure. And
then a "reader" web-app, divided in 2:
- php "CORE" app
- javascript "PRESENTATION", using for example mootools or prototype

My question is: does anybody have any idea if something like that
ALREADY exists on the web? Either something SIMILAR, that can be
customized to my real case?

Any suggestion will be appreciated...
