El Kabong, you slightly misunderstand me. Notice the "slightly"?
You are right and I am going to take your advice as much as I
can. I want to be wiser in your sense.
In the film As Good As It Gets, Jack Nicholson makes a wonderful
speech towards the end when Helen Hunt asks him to say something
nice (previously, he had been wont to display a particularly
childish selfishness). He says, as disarmingly and as charmingly
as any man could say in such a situation, that she has made him
want to be a better man. What goes for Hollywood leading men also
can apply to Martian visitors to Earth - like me.
But what about a teensy weensy bit of sarcasm now and again? How
can I control myself when I see those geeky expressions the OP
likes to indulge in? Do you realise what a tiger that is to
wrestle with? Alright already, I will try ...
