It would also help to get some informations from the users (if possible)
why the mails where classified as spam. Many spam filters write logfiles
or add custom headers to the emails.
My local SpamPal for example adds headers like this:
X-Bayesian-Result: Spam (100) X-Bayesian-Words: authentic 99 directly 74
[... some more ...]
X-SpamPal: SPAM BAYESIAN_PLUGIN BODY
Or in case of a matching blacklist entry:
X-Bayesian-Result: Clean (0) X-Bayesian-Words: angeben 0 anregungen 0
[... some more ...]
X-SpamPal: SPAM SBL+XBL 201.43.51.22
