I am going to create a registration form with an auto mail responder and a
mySQL database. The db will be strictly for user information.

Would anyone be willing to give me an estimate on what I should charge
this person. He's a friend for one and I have yet to do any work that I
have actually charged for using php, mostly small stuff for friends.

I once read that it cost $500.00 to setup a db and another $125 to create
the registration forms depending on the complexity.

Can anyone advise?
