I live in North Hollywood (which is on the south edge of the Valley),
and Universal is between here and Hollywood. Neither North Hollywood
nor Hollywood are actually cities, so addresses in either are Los
Angeles addresses. Sure -- we use "North Hollywood" when we address
mail, and it's delivered; it's just that those are districts of L.A.
The Hollywood Hills separate NoHo from Hollywood.
