It's "racking": as in, putting them on a rack. (Racks being a medieval
torture method.)

Are you 100% sure that the code you posted here is the same as the code
you've got on your server? That is, did you copy and paste it, or did you
just retype it? I ask because there's nothing wrong with the code you've
posted -- it ought to work fine.
