I don't have a list of such structures, but in case you don't find such a
list, you could start making one. Here is one data point. The format of
Japanese addresses in English can be found at
http://www.sljfaq.org/afaq/addresses.html
There is also a link at the bottom of the page to the Japanese postal code
database.
Someone at Wikipedia plagiarised the above page:

Perhaps there are other pages in Wikipedia which will help.
