Agreed, but the fact that someone doesn't write "I've been searching and
browsing and reading for fifty-'leven hours, and I still haven't been
able to figure out how to..." does not necessarily make it obvious that
someone hasn't bothered to RTFM.
The Third Agreement is "Don't Make Assumptions". I have an extension to
that: "unless you HAVE to, and even then you must be aware that you HAVE
made assumptions and be prepared to deal with the consequences thereof".
