Mine is mixed, I am rewriting a legacy DB and have saome pretty
specific things I wish to accomplish. For parts of it I am rolling my
own code (just enough non-standard stuff then what most frameworks do
to make it more better to do it my way)

On other bits (more of the stuff that is common or specific to web
apps) I will use libraries and code I can integrate (like Wiki Engine
or PDF libraries)
