Actually, I had a shark "steak" once in a restaurant in downtown Chicago,
Illinois, USA. It wasn't particularly good but I suspect the restaurant
for that. Had other chances to try it since then, but usually find
something I like better (-hypothetically). Over the years, I'd say my
favorite eating fish is trout, a freshwater delicacy. Walleye is damn
good, too, but not as available.
