I started "Project Babel" in 2005-9, it's a package for creating
communities with those features:

yes kinda like Twitter)
6, PHP 5 / MySQL 4.1 powered.
7, UTF-8 everywhere.

These days my friends and I are working on its translation, we plan to
make it support those languages in UI before September:

- zh_cn (This is where we started, I live in mainland, China)
- en_us
- de_de
- fr_fr
- es_es
- ja_jp
- ko_kr
- zh_tw
- pl_pl
- pt_pt

My plan is to make each language into a language pack like this:

Are there someone willing to help this project on translation?

You can check out the latest en_us pack and get it translated, then
you can send it to me and I'll merge it into the source control and
test.

And if you have some good suggestions on collaborated translation,
you're more than welcome to tell us. ^_^
