I've searched for countless ways of doing a manual install and keep
coming up with the same problem. I'm to open the IIS and click on "Web
Services Extensions" But I do not have a folder in IIS with this name.
I've been able to install php on other computers in the past but this
is just driving me nuts. Any one have any thoughts or help.
