Those pages are straightforward HTML which PHP was designed to generate, so
why should PHP not be able to generate them? The same pages can be generated
in ANY language. It's not rocket science.

The page design follows what I achieved in a desktop programming language
for the previous 10 years. All I have done is adapt them for a stateless
environment.
