As far as i know, there is no class that will allow you to do Optical
Character Recognition.
Maybe you should have a look on the pear site. Im sure you will find
some packages for analyzing a picture, but not real Character
Recognition.
I know that there are some classes in c for fast OCR (and they have a
very high rate of false positiv depending on the picture), but a class
that gives you the text of a picture as a string is not avaiable. I
think there is no one who can extract this informations (at the
moment).
