Strictly one: aggressive cost containment language (my favorite so
far: "do not apply if you expect this gig to pay your mortgage"; and,
of course, the ever-present "put this on your resume" bit). Beyond
that, there's not a lot (in my experience, anyway) that can let you
pinpoint a solid lead with high degree of accuracy.
