And it costs him in his real life. For example, he posted about a job
interview he went for. Upon going into the interview, he encountered an
HR person form another job with whom he had gotten into an email flame
war. Needless to say, he hasn't posted back about getting the job and he
still works at WalMart.

He's a sad little guy who live with his mom at 27 and can't admit it,
who hasn't had a date in more than a decade and loves talking about
homosexual acts yet can't face that side of himself, works at WalMart as
a stock clerk and has to post about how he's helping them develop an new
digital inventory system to feel good about that, and doesn't see that
it fools no one but himself.

But what's truly sad, however, is the time that gets wasted and clutter
created as a result of his posts.
