The string is not unique. But in this header it is the google groups
account used to post the message. The account id is unique within
google groups.
But this belongs to a well-known troll. I wouldn't be surprised at the
number of posts. In fact, in a way I'm surprised it isn't higher. And
some of your hits are people talking about it.
And if you don't know that, you are incompetent.
