No - looking at the message body is what confirms that it's the same poster.
While it *could* be an organized conspiracy by a whole lotta people to post
nonsense, using the same language style and word patterns, that's not
likely.
A couple of years ago, I had a problem with a similar poster.
I thought she was stalking me - but it turns out she was just identifying
people local to her, and then sending out tantrums to them.
No point to it - it's just that, like you, she was spoiling for a fight and
had already driven everyone IRL away.
She used several aliases and was quite adept at using anonymizing services
(like google) to broadcast her crap.
But the one thing she couldn't mask was her personality.
A quick search on some keyphrases she used, and I found a bunch of
anti-Mexican tantrums that she posted on her church's discussion forum.
I called the church's pastor, asked him who she was, and read some of her
stuff to him.
He helped me to identify the woman as Ginger Germany of SE Dallas - a very
lonely, very ugly, very drunken bigot in his church.
A day or so later, she posted my mothers tax info on the web, and I replied
to the post with her name, address and phone number.
She freaked for a post or two - but then she backed off.
I didn't track her down from the headers.
I tracked her down from the body.
