Does the directory exist? Does the file already exist? In the latter case,
you need to deletet it first.
> exec @rc = sp_trace_create @TraceID output, 0, N'C:\Profiler_result
> \result.trc', @maxfilesize, NULL
Also try removing ".trc". Trace adds that for you.
