Why not do it from another page that reads the report.php file in as
the message and sends it out? Something ultra-simple like this?

$message = file_get_contents('report.php');
mail('you@example.com','My Report Subject',$message);

If you want more control over the mail message format I would
recommend using the Zend Mail class.
