I fully agree with your sentiments that the original post was a load of

Two points though:

1. For the benefit of those who have kill-filed the sender, replying to it
is just making the rest of us aware of it. So were it not for your reply I
(and many others) wouldn't have seen it.

2. If you do respond to post such as this (and I accept that sometimes it is
almost impossible not to respond just because it is such junk), then please
<snip> the original content or as much of it as isn't relevant to your
reply. Anyone here can tell from the subject line that it was junk and we
don't need to see the contents repeated.
