Yahoo claims to have one, but Yahoo (AGAIN) is not working.

Google Appears to have a reader, and I subscribed, but I don't see how
to send myself email alerts when there are feed changes.

I found this site, but for some reason, it does not like my feed.

Found some others they the interface looks rinkydink so I don't trust
them for entering my email. Also want to know I will be able to turn
it off and reconfigure it.
