I am running Apache 2.0.54 and PHP 4.4.0 on WinXP Pro, and when I use
Include I the cryptic message:

"Warning: main(): Failed opening '' for inclusion
(include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in C:\dev\home\simple_base.php on line 40"

I even moved php to c:\php4 in hope it will find what it's looking for, but
that didn't work either. Any ideas how to fix it?
