Thanks - that helps in some respects, but it makes things even more
confusing in others.
How do you get from /Chapter01/example1-6.php to the
/Chapter03/handle_form.php you indicated in your first message? Or, if
this is a different file, do you have a different message?
Also, what do you see in your Apache error and access logs?
