Correction, should be IIS 5.0 not (ISS) , arf.. acronyms.

Both. Although as you say it were the amass amount of pics and flash
objects,
PDF documents and other that took ages to insert in the draft pages and
to upload to the database for public usage. Editing the pages and
POSTing the final versions went quite faster.
