I found the solution. Thanks though.
I changed:

<input name="firstname" type="hidden" value="<? echo("$s[firstname]\n");
?>"><? print("$s[firstname]\n"); ?>

TO:

<input name="firstname" type="hidden" value="<?php print
$s['firstname']; ?>"><?php print $s['firstname']; ?>
