Flash rocks. It is amazing what can be done if you choose to have animation
- or even cool effects that javascript and css alone may not be able to
elegantly handle.
The dropdown lever thingy with sound is pretty cool, I must admit. I tried
it out on Konqueror/FF/ie and all worked for the most part. (The
transparency didn't work in FF/Konqueror - big suprise.)
I was checking out an article last month in Linux Magazine about ColdFusion
and how they are utilizing Flash to render dynamic charts and the like:
