Hi group!

Does there exist any way in PHP to make a _client_ upload a file using FTP?

As far as I can see, the FTP functionality in PHP allows the server to
connect to a FTP server and perform various tasks, but if a client were to
connect to a FTP, some kind of client scripting would be needed, right?
