You might like to try the Mozilla suite www.mozilla.org. It includes a
good browser, email client and most importantly, a simple wysiwyg html
editor that doesn't require a great deal of knowledge about html to get a
page built.
Have a look at my simple pages to see what you can do with it without
having to edit html code. :)
