I'm looking for some legal advice, from an Australian.

I have a web site that I would like to allow only
Australians to sign up. Do you know if it would be
considered discrimination (from a legal point of
view) if I made that one of the terms in the
"Terms and Conditions of Use". I have seen some
sites that say "UK only" but are we bound by
something different?
