A small 3-4 pages template website would be good .

This template website source code would of course be quite heavily
commented - with a one or two line quick description - followed by a
lengthy detailed description .

A config file to show how stuff in it can be used on other webpages like
the nav menu and links etc .

Also - and very importantly - show users how they can have stuff appear
(only sometimes) by way of several if () {} bits of code .

Do a first draft of the above and I for one would be happy to help by
saying what parts could be improved or what parts need rewritten so the
newbie has a better chance of understanding it .
