What error messages do you get there? If no messages, then try
putting this in the first line of the script:
error_reporting( E_ALL );
Does "C:\temp\" folder exist on the server? Is it accessible for
the script (I mean webserver configuration forbidding access
by absolute paths or to some folders or server access rights
configuration for the user which is used to run the webserver)?
