In reply to your OP. That aint so bad, Personally Id remove the white M
and center the top text maybe make it shorter and tweak, tweak up the
tabs (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/slidingdoors/) and change the
font, and add in some custom tweak icons here and there
(http://www.websiteicons.com/), and then review it again. :)
