3% was a guess - It may be more, but I'd be surprised at 20%, just the
same.

I didn't say there wouldn't be /any/ adjustment nor allowance :

Besides, all this is getter rather theoretical given that I'm /not/
designing a general-public type of website (in fact, it may never see
the light of day).
