Thanks Els, but that's a different layout.

The one i try to achieve is a 100% height 3 colomn layout with a header
(only in the center column) and a footer (also only in the center-column)
that stays at the bottom of the window in the case of no content and goes to
the bottom of the page in the case of more content.
