Thats odd cause all my servers report this as SERVER_PROTOCOL via
https:

$_SERVER["SERVER_PROTOCOL"] == HTTP/1.1

Protocol doesn't have to do with how it is being transferred. The
protocol is based on the request being givin:

GET / HTTP/1.1
