The only professional quality CMS I've come across is Typo3 www.typo3.org.
Another one worth looking at is Drupal. www.drupal.org.
The best open source enterprise level CMS I found so far is Bricolage.
www.bricolage.cc But, it's written in Perl not PHP.
You may also want to look at http://www.opensourcecms.com/ or
http://www.cmsmatrix.org/ for more advice.
