I've never heard of this before... the styles and JavaScript are between
the </body> and the </html> at the bottom of the web pages.

It seems like the page loads without styles and then after the images load
the styles kick in. The "image preload" JavaScript is also at the bottom
of the page. Is there any reason why someone would do this? Is it
naturally done by FrontPage?
