Well, I would tend to believe that the stores and toy manufactures
have truly answered this question for you. Just look at the product
packaging. Bright , largely primary colors.
Muting these colors somewhat for the textual areas will
aid the parents, in not having their eyes burned out, but IMHO
thats the answer
