Put images inside a LABEL element for RADIO. Labels are attached by ID,
I would still use text in label as well
<input type="radio" name="myChoice" id="choiceY" value="yes">
<label for="choiceY"><img src="yes.jpg" alt="Yes"></label>
<input type="radio" name="myChoice" id="choiceN" value="no">
<label for="choiceN"><img src="no.jpg" alt="No"></label>
