True. I guess I am so to used to building Thai and other asian dishes. Don't
actually cook Italian myself.
BTW Wife planted some real Italian parsley a few years ago (the broad leaf
variety, not that afro stuff). It is now at weed proportion in the gardern.
Sprouts everywhere. We can easily add a *bucket* of parsley to a recipe :-)
