Good question; this has been discussed before. With the possible
exception of the Tinfoil Star (and I would argue for the Chernobyl
Prize, too), Bookman would like us to get the prospective nominee to
post evidence to AFA-B if he/she/it isn't already posting there. All
of my nominees have met this requirement - including Poofter, who is up
for one award and one office. The only nominee I had to bait over to
AFA-B is George Hammond for the Angstrom. I need to make all of this
clear in the FAQ.
