The list of newsgroups? Sure -- all 80,00 of them, or however many
they carry. That's a totally different issue, command and process.
If you mean the newsgroups crossposted-to with a given post, yes it is
-- in the Xref header, as explained in the post I just referred you to.

If you don't think availability is a factor, then filter away on
whatever you think you can filter on...
