"Blah" will not have always have the same lenght. Floating makes a
difference while using long texts.
At the same time a table gives a clearer connection between data which are
contained in the column.
That means

1) you see this strange effect now if you use 800x600 and do not maximize
your window when the text is as long as it is now.
It would not look like this if the text were made of about 10 words.
2) I am not so sure that many people using only 800x600 do not maximize the
window either.....
