Yes, but if you look at the header of the message, you will see there is
no "References:" indicating it was not a reply to any previous message.
It is a new thread.

Perhaps your Outlook Express doesn't understand this. Ah yes, OE has the
bad habit of matching up Subject lines, thinking it is part of the same
thread. It is not.
