I mean that one cannot criticize the government nearly as freely in a
Communist regime as one can under democracy.

I think most people in any country are inherently good, -even those
within countries you might currently be a war with. The trouble comes
from ideologies and poverty of both spirit and substance. My reference
was to the small percentage of misfits who just don't "fit in" somehow
and rebel against the rejection they feel but can't define.

All people have all rights and may exercise them to the point where they
infringe upon others' rights. Determining this point is what all of
society, including governmental and religious sub-stratae, is all about.
